Job Description
- Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
- Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and create an annual plan for the same.
- Collecting relevant data of team members for managerial and financial operations.
- Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
- Choosing relevant training modules according to the requirement of the workforce and market.
- Ensure key addressal of vital operational aspects to improve the company performance consistently.
- Reporting directly to the COO.
- Position based in Dubai, however adock meetings in other branches, therefore, travel flixibilty is required.
Skills
- Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
- Should be aware of the UAE labour law.
- Ensuring sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
- Cheerful individual with a knack of motivating individuals and converting employees into long-term assets.
- Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
- Passionate professional with an urge to impact employees and the company in a positive way.
- Be able to manage a team.
- Experience working in schools is a must.
- Native English speacker is preffered.
