Job Description

  • Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
  • Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and create an annual plan for the same.
  • Collecting relevant data of team members for managerial and financial operations.
  • Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
  • Choosing relevant training modules according to the requirement of the workforce and market.
  • Ensure key addressal of vital operational aspects to improve the company performance consistently.
  • Reporting directly to the COO.
  • Position based in Dubai, however adock meetings in other branches, therefore, travel flixibilty is required.

Skills

  • Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
  • Should be aware of the UAE labour law.
  • Ensuring sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
  • Cheerful individual with a knack of motivating individuals and converting employees into long-term assets.
  • Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
  • Passionate professional with an urge to impact employees and the company in a positive way.
  • Be able to manage a team.
  • Experience working in schools is a must.
  • Native English speacker is preffered.
