<strong>We are Hiring a “Human Resources Manager” for an Entertainment Provider.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location work: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities And Duties</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>The position involves:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Organizational Development: Assist in the design and implementation of programs that promote a productive, professional, and joyful work environment.</li><li>Cover everything from creating collaborative workspace design to developing benefit programs that appeal to the workforce’s demographic.</li><li>Employee Development and Training: Create programs to help enhance the employees’ professional abilities and behavior will be a big element of the job.</li><li> Include new recruit onboarding programs, ongoing training on skills relevant to the business, and workshops or seminars on professional workplace behavior.</li><li>Performance Management: Create a system for monitoring and evaluating staff performance.</li><li>Track employee productivity and help employees recognize their own strengths and areas for improvement.</li><li>Policy Development: Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that promote professional behavior. </li><li>Ensure that these policies are clearly and consistently communicated to all employees.</li><li>Employee Engagement: Develop programs to keep people engaged and satisfied with their jobs, such as regular team-building activities, opportunities for employees to submit input on corporate policies and practices, and recognition and award programs for exceptional performance. </li><li>Dispute Resolution and Mediation: </li><li>Resolve any disagreements in a fair and transparent manner, creating trust and respect among team members.</li><li>Talent Acquisition: Designing a solid recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for the organization.</li><li>Succession Planning: Concentrate on identifying and developing potential leaders inside the organization.</li><li>Building a corporate Culture: Promote and reinforce a corporate culture that is consistent with the organization’s values, mission, and goals.</li><li>Create a Career Ladder or Lattice: Create a career ladder (vertical growth) or lattice (horizontal growth) to demonstrate opportunities for advancement inside the organization.</li><li>HR Analytics: Be familiar with and use HR data and analytics to make educated decisions on employee retention, satisfaction, and performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Education, Knowledge, And Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>The position requires the following:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.</li><li>BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>Professional level of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Understanding of HR systems and databases.</li><li>Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in human resources.</li><li>Competence in developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.</li></ul>
