<p>The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Development and drafting of all company employment contracts</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Development and drafting of company policies, procedures, and protocols in line with industry standards &amp; organizational values.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;­Supporting and guiding management with the interpretation of policies, procedures, and protocols.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establishing a recruiting, interviewing and selection program and counselling managers on candidate selection</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support with the recruitment and selection of all new staff for both the school and for special projects e.g.,summer camps. ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing the job offer process by negotiating compensation package including salary, start date, and allowances for local and international postings.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and local UAE labour law.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onboarding and induction of new employees.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing and driving all aspects of the day-to-day HR operation and activities. ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions ­. ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design input for the development of a digital HR portal for all employee records. ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide counselling to department heads on proper documentation and legal requirements for discipline and termination process.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that employee HR-related queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Counselling of employees.­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling internal company grievances. ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitoring sick leave and overtime usage and generate reports to track any trends that need to be addressed ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Annual leave management</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring the administration of benefits to employees is taking place in an effective manner ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that all probationary and annual appraisals are conducted ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that all re-contracting renewals or terminations are done on time ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Development and evaluation of individual KPI’s and succession planning ­</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exit interviews upon employee termination</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting payroll with confirmation of final salaries</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for driving initiatives within the business that will facilitate employee retention.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attending regular meetings with management to address HR-related concerns.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience</li><li>5+ years’ experience in Human Resources</li><li>Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies</li><li>Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees</li><li>Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills</li><li>Attention to detail and good judgement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Monthly Salary: AED 16,000/-</p>
