<p>Job Title: Head of Human Resources</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>As a Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, managing recruitment efforts, overseeing employee benefits and compensation, and maintaining employee records. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations</p><p>- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews</p><p>- Develop and implement employee training and development programs</p><p>- Manage employee performance and conduct performance evaluations</p><p>- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including reviewing and analyzing market data to ensure competitive pay and benefits for employees</p><p>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee information, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations</p><p>- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and provide guidance on safety policies and procedures</p><p>- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions</p><p>- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</p><p>- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management</p><p>- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations</p><p>- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures</p><p>- Proven ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Strong organizational and time management skills</p>
