Your primary goal will be to ensure the effective management of our talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Employee Relations and Engagement:</p><ul><li>Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.</li><li>Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Administration Management:</p><ul><li>Follow all HR related processes including visa processing, administration, communications.</li><li>Deliver inductions for all new incoming employees.</li><li>Communicate and liaise with all employees in a timely manner and ensure that their concerns are handled in a professional manner. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Training and Development:</p><ul><li>Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li><li>Identify external training providers and manage relationships to ensure high-quality training delivery.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>HR Compliance:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.</li><li>Monitor and implement changes in labor laws and regulations, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes.</li><li>Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training and development.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>If you are a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives, we invite you to join our team at [Company Name].
