<p>Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions is looking for university students or fresh passionate graduates to join our team!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Duration: July – September (Subject for extension and or permanent employment)</p><p>Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 – 5:30)</p><p>Allowance: AED 1,100/- monthly</p><p><br></p><p>Description:</p><p>Recruitment Support:</p><ul><li>Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company career portals.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for potential candidates.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.</li><li>Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.</li><li>Help in maintaining and organizing recruitment files and documentation.</li></ul><p>Database Management:</p><ul><li>Assist in managing the HR database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Update employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for HR decision-making.</li><li>Support in digitizing and organizing HR documents for easy retrieval.</li></ul><p>Payroll Assistance:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.</li><li>Assist in tracking employee attendance and leaves to facilitate payroll calculations.</li><li>Help in resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees.</li></ul><p>HR Compliance:</p><ul><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Support in preparing and updating employee handbooks and company policies.</li><li>Participate in HR audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement.</li></ul><p>Employee Relations:</p><ul><li>Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.</li><li>Help in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.</li><li>Support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li></ul><p><br></p>
