Identify opportunities for automation and provide recommendations on potential HR services that can be automated to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Evaluate the effectiveness of the client’s existing HR systems and recommend simplifications, adjustments, and integrations to align them more effectively with the client’s organization’s needs. Ensure that the client’s HR systems are optimized to seamlessly support HR processes.</span></li><li><span>Analyze the client’s current HR employee and manager services, identify pain points, and design and implement improvements to enhance the overall employee experience. Introduce innovative solutions to provide a better HR service experience for the client’s employees and managers.</span></li><li><span>Develop predictor KPIs specifically for high-performing individuals within the client’s HR department. These KPIs will help identify and recognize exceptional performance, fostering a culture of excellence within the client’s HR team.</span></li><li><span>Optimize the data cleansing process for HR data, developing strategies and implementing efficient methods to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the client’s HR data. Enhance data integrity, reporting, and decision-making capabilities within HR.</span></li><li><span>Provide support to the client’s HR team in implementing all recommended initiatives, offering guidance, training, and resources to ensure successful execution and adoption of the changes.
