GCC Countries<p><br></p><strong>Purpose</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports the HR and Admin Director in implementing and coordinating HR programs, tools, and policies in line with the HR and business strategy.</li><li> Performs and coordinates processes on an operational basis for a multi-organization and participates in change management projects. </li><li>Advises and supports the department leaders regarding organization development with a country perspective.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Areas of responsibility</strong><p><br></p><strong>Business & HR Transformation </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports the HR and Admin Director for internal/external best practices, pushes, and coordinates their implementation.</li><li> Supports the 3-5 years HR strategy for the country</li><li> Supports HR organization implementation<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Talent Supply</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports and facilitates mobility within the organization</li><li> Proposes, negotiates and finalizes pay packages with managers </li><li> Performs integration of new hires and ensures follow-up for supervisory and rank & file positions</li><li> Manages job description (role, skills…) at country level<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>High Performance Workforce</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Plans and prepares performance management campaign, and performs communication actions</li><li> Coordinates the mid-year review</li><li> Supports department managers in performance evaluation</li><li> Ensures collective objectives are properly in place in the PMS Form<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Leadership and Talent Development</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Ensures the deployment of HR Processes (Succession Planning, IDP, etc.) to detect, nominate and develop talents</li><li> Supports facilitation of the competencies/skills gap analysis within the country</li><li> Ensures all employees have an appropriate development plan in line with the gap analysis and business requirements</li><li> Supports department managers in the People Review and Individual development interview process</li><li> Integrates knowledge management/learning and development programs </li><li> Coaches participants during knowledge management/learning and development programs</li><li> Coordinates and monitors knowledge management/learning and development processes and tools</li><li> Coordinates the logistics for training sessions</li><li> Conducts relevant training sessions as needed<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work Environment & Employment Relationship </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports and participates in maintaining the Health and Safety Culture</li><li>Promotes compliance with Code of Ethics to ensure respect for all employees and their designated representatives</li><li> Supports and implements the employee opinion survey</li><li> Supports the HR Director in developing action plans to address the employee opinion survey results and helps cascade the development of its implementation</li><li> Prepares contracts of all employees based on the Qatari labour code and company policy.</li><li> Facilitates bank accounts of all the employees</li><li> Plans and manages the ordering of uniforms and other PPEs of all the employees.</li><li> Answers employee questions (stress, individual inquiry)</li><li> Supports the HR Director with Internal and External communication<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People Administration Efficiency</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Manages the administration of Medical Insurance and Work Accident Insurance</li><li> Supports the processing of refund administration (work-related injuries)</li><li> Contributes to formulation of policies relevant to HR and Administration<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Information Systems and Reporting</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Contributes to the KPI management process for HR functions</li><li> Contributes to relevant and accurate HR reporting</li><li> Develops and coordinates reporting procedures as well as reporting template design and adaptation</li><li> Drives project and change management</li><li> Performs data collection/calculations/analysis and communication</li><li> Contributes to the development and improvement of the HRIS<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Expected results</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> To be able to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day transactions and services of Human Resources department based on the operational targets and needs of the employees;</li><li> Performance Appraisals completed on time</li><li> Ensure the People reviews are carried out across all employees below the Managerial levels</li><li> Implementation of Action Plan to address employee opinion survey</li><li> Ensure training implementation as planned.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 3-4 years of supervisory experience in human resources or 5 years and up in a Generalist capacity<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Advanced knowledge in all HR Operations</li><li> Working knowledge in Labour Laws and adept in policy-making and process orientation</li><li> Fluent in use of computer software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio</li><li> Fluent in use of internet</li><li> Excellent communication and team working skill<br></li></ul>
