Job Description

<ul><li>Works with senior management to understand the business goals and objectives and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly. </li><li>Identifying HR needs, forecasting talent requirements, and developing the workforce.</li><li>Acting as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. </li><li>Provide guidance on employee performance, conduct investigations, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.</li><li>Working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. </li><li>Oversee onboarding processes and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.</li><li>Collaborating with the compensation team to develop and implement competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages.</li><li>Conduct salary reviews, analyze market trends, and make recommendations to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
