Hiring UAE Nationals for the role of a <strong>Human Resources Consultant</strong> for our reputed client in Abu Dhabi .<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervising the preparation and implementation of the annual employment plan in coordination with all organizational units in the center.</li><li>Supervising the preparation of the job description for the human resources in the center by following up the job tasks and collecting the required data.</li><li>Supervising and preparing current human resources activities and work, identifying any problems, and ensuring that they are resolved, and identifying possible improvements in operations.</li><li>Coordinating matters relating to contracts, employee work and other work for new employees.</li><li>Supervising the preparation of reports related to human resources planning and recruitment to be submitted to the head of the department.</li></ul><p><br></p><em>Must have 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience . </em><p><br></p><em>Bachelor’s degree is preferred .</em><p><br></p><em>Interested candidates who are willing to join immediately may share your updated CVs.</em>
