If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring the adherence to global standards, and local regulations.</li><li>Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.</li><li>Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices in the areas of performance & talent management, training, Organizational Development, leadership development, and recruitment</li><li>Working with the Head of HR to manage headcounts and manpower costs in coordination with payroll.</li><li>Responsible for communication and application of new HR projects/initiatives to employees and managers.</li><li>Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments/functions in the region.</li><li>Partnering with the compensation team to develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Candidate must be based in Egypt.</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li><strong>Minimum 5 – 8 years of Human Resources experience of which 2 years’ experience as an HR business partner.</strong></li><li><strong>Multinational experience within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Healthcare industry.</strong></li><li>General knowledge and experience in the human resources field with emphasis on talent acquisition, training employee development, performance and talent management, employee relations, and corporate culture.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.</li><li><strong>Business fluent in French is a must.</strong></li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
