<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Support employees for HR related issues.</p><p>• Updating Job Descriptions and maintaining a proper record of all the JD’s available.</p><p>• Establish and maintain a network of candidates to stay well-known and knowledgeable in the market and leverage opportunities for referrals, future placements, or business prospects.</p><p>• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.</p><p>• Calculate payroll deductions and file tax forms in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all employees are paid fairly and on time.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.</p><p>• Minimum 2-3 years of active experience in recruitment, talent management and HR Administration.</p><p>• Very good level of spoken and written English.</p><p>• Strong communication and relationship building skills.</p><p><br></p>
