We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team. The individual will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing documents.</li><li> Oversee and execute procedures for hiring international employees, including handling visa processes, and coordinating with agencies.</li><li> Schedule and organize travel arrangements including accommodations, visa, transportation, itineraries, and venues.</li><li> Manage and maintain company’s online accounts including the Ministry of Labour, GOSI, and Muqueem.</li><li> Coordinate schedules, set appointments, and plan meetings for team members.</li><li> Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li> Promptly and professionally monitor and respond to emails and inquiries.</li><li> Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and travel arrangements.</li><li> Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow.</li><li> Maintain, update, and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required.</li><li> Conduct research and gather data to support various HR projects and initiatives.</li><li> Ensure accessibility and dissemination of company policies to all employees.</li><li> Maintain documentation, records, and data in accordance with set policies and procedures, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.</li><li> Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily activities.</li><li> Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications – Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Saudi, native Arabic speaker is mandatory.</li><li> Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.</li><li> Proven organizational skills and project management experience.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to multitask, handling several projects simultaneously and meeting agreed deadlines.</li><li> Fast learner who can quickly adapt to changes.</li><li> Attentive to detail.</li><li> Outstanding communication skills, with experience in effective cross-cultural communication.</li><li> Capable of working independently with minimal support, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li> Excellent organizational skills.</li><li> The ability to understand and support the diverse needs of projects across the organization.</li><li> Basic understanding and experience in invoicing and accounting.</li><li> Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.</li><li> Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills being a major plus.</li><li> Self-Starter </li><li> Able to take full ownership of tasks and to identify what improvements need to be made.</li><li> Experienced with Saudi and Non-Saudi human resource management.</li><li> Saudi HR government systems experience, and visa/iqama support experience preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>By joining us, you’ll become an essential part of a team that values productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
