Job Type: Contract-Based, with a possibility of extending to a Permanent Role.
A leading drilling company in search of an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
The role involves supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources, including employee lifecycle management, international relocation, HR policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist the HR Manager in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and international relocation.
β’ Collaborate with the HR Manager to create and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with employment law and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
β’ Ensure employee records are up-to-date and accurate throughout their employment with the organization.
β’ Support the employee visa renewal process and assist with the processing of family visas.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employees.
β’ Support the relocation process for new hires.
β’ Provide administrative support for new hires during onboarding activities.
β’ Stay up-to-date with changes to employment law and HR best practices in the UAE, providing guidance to the HR team and business leaders.
β’ Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
β’ Work closely with onboarding coordinators to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and tools.
β’ Support ad-hoc HR projects under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in HR Advisor/Specialist role.
β’ Team player with exceptional customer service skills
β’ Ability to work on own initiative and enhance existing procedures.
β’ Strong organizational skills
β’ Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
β’ Exceptional eye for detail
β’ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UAE.
β’ Experience in delivering HR projects, such as employee engagement and policy development.
β’ Experience in recruitment and international relocation processes.
β’ Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
