<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The HR Admin and Government Relations Specialist’s primary function is to manage our HR team in KSA across 2 main aspects: HR-related Government Affairs & HR Admin services The assigned member will oversee all labor law-related matters, ensuring that our HR-related formalities are always complying with KSA Government regulations and employment laws. Moreover, he will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR administration support to our employees.</p><p><br></p><p>Working closely with the director of shared services, he will provide a high level of assistance and ongoing support in the execution of our HR processes, ensuring top-of-the-line HR services delivery across our company</p><p><br></p><p><strong>I. HR Government Affairs</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Implement HR Government Affairs’ policy and procedure, keeping abreast of all evolving governmental directions that require modification within the labor law</p><p>2. Process and carry out all transactions relating to work permits, profession change, business/employment visas, and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance, and renewals</p><p>3. Responsible for collating and maintaining visa and Iqama status-related information and documents, implementing effective tracking tools for a timely visa renewal process as well as developing related database and periodical reports</p><p>4. Guide and assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents and provide them with necessary information regarding visa details and the requirement of documents</p><p>5. Act as a liaison between the company and respective government bodies and ministries</p><p>6. Keep abreast of any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/ regulations, changes in forms, and other procedures. Keep the HR management advised of such changes and highlight any potential risk or financial concern</p><p>7. Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration/labor office regarding canceled/absconding employees and delete them from the company’s sponsorship list</p><p>8. Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after the cancellation of visas</p><p>9. Manage and tackle all government HR-related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA, and the ministry of Human Resources</p><p><br></p><p><strong>II. HR Admin Services</strong></p><p>1. Provide any needed support in various admin-related human resource services. Ensure a high and consistent standard of HR service delivery to KSA employees</p><p>2. Oversee and process travel-related operations and ensure an on-time delivery of employee’s travel needs including flight reservation, hotel booking, car rental, and further travel arrangements required</p><p>3. Arrange temporary accommodation and transportation for new employees (and guests) to fulfill their onboarding orientation in adherence to company policy</p><p>4. Handle all travel-related complaints and feedback and take appropriate steps to rectify them and improve the services.</p><p>5. Responsible for mail management, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail as required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills / Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><p>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any administration field</p><p>• 3+ years of experience in government affairs, general services, and HR administration.</p><p>• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of KSA labor laws, governmental bodies’ direction, and related regulations</p><p>• Well-versed in onboarding foreign labor and handling all relevant requirements (Block visas, work visas, business visas, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, Taqat, and Saudi Government related portals.)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>• V. Good level of English in speaking, V. Good level of English in writing</p><p>• V. Good level of MS Excel and MS word</p><p>• Able to work at pace and juggle multiple demands</p><p>• Very good standard of documentation and reporting • Actively respond to normal and urgent matters</p><p>• Professional and proactive work ethic.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><strong>Business Administration</strong></p>
