ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible to provide Human Capital support to MAF Entertainment Egypt with the HC strategies, policies, processes and procedures and ensuring that the highest level of HC practices are provided in line with the overall MAF Entertainment objectives and ongoing development.
ROLE PROFILE
- Liaise With Relevant Line Managers Throughout The Year To Ensure Recruitment Is Initiated And Conducted Promptly And Meets The Recruitment Plan
- Ensure All Newly Recruited Staff Are Provided With Welcome Packs And Induction And Keep Track Of Their Performance To Conduct A Review At The End Of Their Probation Period
- Work With Relevant Managers To Identify And Resolve Any Hr-Related Issues They May Have That Inhibit Productivity And Employee Morale
- Carry Out Exit Interviews To Ascertain Reasons For Turnover.
- Supports The Hcbp In Developing Strategies To Improve Engagement And Manage Programs Designed To Foster Team Members
- Liaise With The Governmental Relations Department To Ensure The Timely Completion Of Governmental Relations Activities Required To Meet The Employment And Termination Of Staff
- Responsible For Following Up On All Steps Of The Employee Onboarding Process (Contracts, Successfactors, Filing, Bank Salary Letters, And Medical And Bank Additions/Deletions).
- Audit Personnel Files At Least Once Per Year And Maintain & Submit Audit Findings And Follow Up On Missing Required Documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Of 3 Years Of Hr Experience In A Reputable Company.
- Demonstrate Acumen Knowledge Of Labor Law
- Fluent In Both English And Arabic, Speaking And Writing.
- Excellent Proficienty In Ms Office Suite.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum Of 3 Years Of HR Experience.
