<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>POSITION OBJECTIVE<p><br></p>The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.<p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Provide support in developing HRMS software</li><li> Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy</li><li> Following all processes defined in the project including system administration</li><li> Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits</li><li> Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)</li><li> Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side</li><li> Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access</li><li> Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly</li><li> Report preparation</li><li> Handles queries related to HRMS for employees</li></ul>
