HSW Manager

Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSW Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the implementation of safety, health, and welfare policies across all JASARA PMC’s civil engineering sites in Saudi Arabia. The HSW Manager will ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations while promoting a positive safety culture. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of safety, health, and welfare policies and procedures across all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety requirements into project plans.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and local communities.
