It has raised $150 million in Series B funding, five times what it raised in its previous priced round last November with world class investors such as BOND and Y Combinator, which is the precursor of the likes of Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Doordash, among others.<p><br></p>We’re not just about serving people – we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.<p><br></p>A PROPOS DU POSTE<p><br></p>Le HSE supervisor participe Ă  la dĂ©finition de la politique de sĂ©curitĂ© de l’entreprise (personnels, matĂ©riels, conditions de travail, respect de l’environnement), prĂ©vient les risques d’accidents et de maladies, rĂ©duit et contrĂ´le les risques professionnels au sein de l’entreprise. Il analyse ces risques (accidents du travail, maladies professionnelles, pollution, nuisances sonores, etc.), les Ă©value et prĂ©conise des solutions adaptĂ©es.<p><br></p>Tâches<p><br></p><ul><li>Identifier les risques encourus par l’entreprise et les employĂ©s en termes de sĂ©curitĂ©</li><li>Proposer des plans de prĂ©vention des risques (PPR) ainsi que des solutions techniques pour rĂ©pondre aux risques identifiĂ©s</li><li>Établir, diffuser et faire respecter les protocoles de sĂ©curitĂ© et consignes d’exploitation Ă  l’ensemble de l’entreprise</li><li>Assurer une veille constante des possibles Ă©volutions en matière de risques concernant l’activitĂ© de l’entreprise et ses membres</li><li>Instaurer et mettre en place la dĂ©marche HSE</li><li>Superviser les Ă©quipes de sĂ©curitĂ© internes ainsi que les Ă©quipe d’hygiène</li><li>Garantir l’application des procĂ©dures HSE</li><li>Analyser chaque dysfonctionnement ou non-conformitĂ© et proposer des actions correctives</li><li>Assurer l’entretien rĂ©glementaire et du fonctionnement des Ă©quipements de sĂ©curitĂ©</li><li>Recruter et former les agents de sĂ©curitĂ©, et gĂ©rer les plannings</li><li>Superviser des interventions de sĂ©curitĂ©, qu’elles soient rĂ©alisĂ©es en interne ou par des prestataires extĂ©rieurs : information et formation Ă  la rĂ©glementation interne de l’entreprise, consignes en cas d’évacuation d’urgence, formations aux gestes de premiers secours…<br><br></li></ul>Profil recherchĂ©<p><br></p><ul><li>03 ans minimum dans un poste similaire,</li><li>Management d’équipe et leadership,</li><li>Bonne expression orale et Ă©crite,</li><li>QualitĂ©s d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse,</li><li>Sens relationnel<br><br></li></ul>Privilèges<p><br></p><ul><li>L’occasion rare de changer le monde qui t’entoure de telle sorte qu’il utilise ton produit.
