Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLL.<p><br></p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong><p><br></p>The Project HSE Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all Health, Safety & Environment matters for the assigned project.<p><br></p><strong>What this job involves </strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Manage a team of HSE Officers where required. </li><li>Deliver HSE training to members of the project team. </li><li>Advise on resource requirements to meet the project’s HSE objectives. </li><li>Provide information, technical advice, and support to all Project staff relating to HSE, including KSA legislation, standards, and international codes of practice, etc. </li><li>Participate in safety inspections and guide as required individuals nominated to complete designated tasks and corrective actions. </li><li>Conduct an incident investigation for all significant incidents and provide a full report with recommendations to the Project and regional HSE teams. </li><li>Chair Monthly HSE project review meetings. </li><li>Disseminate HSE Project performance information to the project and regional HSE teams. </li><li>Conduct quarterly site HSE audits. </li><li>Assist project teams in reviewing HSE considerations in selecting service providers, LDC and Main Contractors through technical evaluations. </li><li>Monitor to ensure the project has a documented emergency procedure communicated to all personnel and tested at appropriate intervals. </li><li>Manage project consultants with the discharge of their respective HSE obligations – monitor and report on their performance. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired skills and experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of ten years of health & safety experience</li><li>Minimum five years of Middle East project experience</li><li>PMC or Supervision Consultant experience would be advantageous</li><li>NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)</li><li>Environmental Management qualification an advantage</li><li>Certified Internal ISO 45001 Auditor an advantage</li><li>Be proactive and able to work on your own initiative</li><li>Have excellent influencing and persuasive skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You Can Expect From Us</strong><p><br></p>You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
