<strong>Job title </strong><p><br></p>HSE Manager – Airport ( Saudi National ) M/F<p><br></p><strong> Contract type </strong><p><br></p>Permanent contract<p><br></p><strong> Business Line specific context </strong><p><br></p>The HSE Manager will develop HSE Management plans and oversee and consult Client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Role / Responsibilities </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Develop HSE Management plans and oversee and consult Client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Review and comment on contractors HSE plans and reports.</li><li>Prepare site audit reports, make and follow-up on recommendations.</li><li>Develop and conduct HSE training per worksite and client requirements</li><li>HSE personnel competency assessments.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Must hold a B. Sc. In Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university or college.</li><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in managing all HSE matters on large to mega infrastructure/building programs.</li><li>Has experience in airports (aerodrome) industry or similar industry.</li><li>GCC experience is preferred.</li><li>Must be fluent and be able to effectively communicate in both spoken and written English.</li><li>Additional certificates or qualifications in Health and Safety would be preferred.</li><li>Must be NEBOSH , IOSH Certified <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Profile </strong><p><br></p>Develop HSE Management plans and oversee and consult Client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.
