<strong>Job Title: Project HSE Manager</strong><p><br></p>We have multiple opportunities for HSE Managers on new projects in KSA – Riyadh throuh for mixed-use developments.<p><br></p><strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver HSE training to members of the project team </li><li>Advise on resource requirements to meet the project’s HSE objectives. </li><li>Provide information, technical advice and support to all Project staff relating to HSE, including KSA legislation, standards and international codes of practice etc. </li><li>Participate in safety inspections and provide guidance as required to individuals nominated to complete designated tasks and corrective actions. </li><li>Conduct an ‘Incident Review’ of all significant incidents and provide a full report with recommendations to the Project team and regional HSE team. </li><li>Chair Monthly HSE project review meetings. </li><li>Disseminate HSE Project performance information to the project team and regional HSE team. </li><li>Conduct quarterly site HSE audits. </li><li>Assist project teams to review HSE considerations in the selection of service providers, LDC’s and Main Contractors through technical evaluations. </li><li>Monitor to ensure the project has a documented emergency procedure which is communicated to all personnel and tested at appropriate intervals. </li><li>Manage project consultants with the discharge of their respective HSE obligations – monitor and report on their performance. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired Skills And Experience For This</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum Nebosh Diploma (or equivalent) </li><li>Environmental Management qualification an advantage </li><li>OHSAS Internal Auditor trained </li><li>OSHA 30 Hour construction trained </li><li>From a construction safety background (min 5 years Middle East) </li><li>Be proactive and able to work on your own initiative </li><li>Have excellent influencing and persuasive skills </li><li>Preferably experienced working ‘client side’ </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You Can Expect From Us</strong><p><br></p>We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.<p><br></p>Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.<p><br></p>We can’t wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.
