HSE Management service of the TFT Group in Algeria
Activities:
- Within the framework of the management rules in force:
- Assist the Directors/Management of GTFT in defining, developing, and implementing a
- HSE Policy and HSE Management System (HSE-MS)
- Realize and implement the HSE reference system of the Groupement (procedures, directives,
- programs etc.)
- Advise the Group’s management on the implementation of crisis management systems.
- Be the HSE representative of the Group to authorities, associations, and industry.
- Guarantee the availability of the Group’s firefighting and intervention means.
- Ensure systematic and periodic HSE reporting to authorities, SH, partners, included GHG reporting.
- Manage impact studies, hazard studies and the realization of the POIS.
- Check and advise departments and operational entities (production, drilling, project, etc.) on HSE topics.
- Be the representative of the administration of the Environmental Management System Group
- Evaluate the HSE performance of the Group’s potential subcontractors.
- Identify existing or potential situations that may damage health, safety and supervise and advise GTFT departments that need to take adequate improvement measures.
- Develop and manage HSE-MS procedures and other documents.
- Develop and implement HSE training/awareness programs for all Grouping.
- Ensure the communication of HSE procedures and topics for all concerned, through the GTFT departments and contactors.
- Coordinate and carry out HSE inspections and audits and monitor the implementation of actions by recommendations and non-conformities of inspection reports and Audits.
- Ensure the Group’s compliance with any Algerian HSE legal requirement.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment is available across departments (PPE, first aid, firefighting, accidental pollution, monitoring etc.)
Purposes:
- Organize and develop the permanent monitoring of the Group’s HSE performance Formalize and implement the Group’s strategy in terms of hygiene, prevention of accidents and protection of the environment and populations.
- Define and implement an HSE management system within the Group.
- Ensure the control of technological risks in the operation of structures.
- Ensures the consistency of the Group’s HSE management with the HSE policies of the Partners.
Expected technical proposal:
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- HSE experience of at least 10 years including a minimum of 4 years in French and English operations Spoken and Written; Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
- Required skills: Sense of responsibility of organization and command, Initiative, Sense of human relations and communication, Emotional intelligence, Team spirit, Adaptability, Autonomy.
