<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>Jensen Hughes is seeking a highly accomplished HSE expert with 15-20+ years of experience in sporting arenas and stadium HSE. In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to our clients in the Middle East region, with a specific focus on sporting and leisure facilities. You will be a knowledge expert providing strategic advisory support. </li><li> Lead HSE initiatives in complex sports and leisure venues, through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders </li><li> Provide input into Project planning and scheduling, risks and opportunities, business impact, input into Project Execution planning </li><li> Develop HSE Department Strategies, roadmap and schedule/plans with key milestones and department KPI’s, including HSE department structure, HSE policies, plans and procedures, that outline the goals, objectives, and initiatives and work with our clients to ensure alignment with their overall business strategy. </li><li> Create comprehensive HSE strategies that address all aspects of a facility’s needs, including planning and design, technology, and operational HSE. </li><li> Work with other project disciplines to ensure HSE solutions are properly integrated. </li><li> Lead projects for our clients’ sporting and leisure facilities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. </li><li> Communicate with clients to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service. </li><li> Write detailed proposals that outline the scope of work, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes, and present them to our clients. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Requirements: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Bachelors in science or engineering with an additional diploma/ certification in Environmental Risk Management or Health & Safety or related field of study Commercial experience in Environmental Health & Safety; (experience in sports and leisure venues essential) </li><li> Relevant professional certification(s) in health, safety or environment (e.g., CSP, CIH, CBSP, CHMM, CMIOSH, ASP, CEP) </li><li> Minimum of 15-20+ years of experience in HSE strategies, operations, and proposal writing, with a specific focus on sporting and leisure facilities. </li><li> Builds strong relationships and strategic alignment with organizational entities regarding the purpose, the approach and the expected outcomes of various EHS Standards, objectives and programmes . </li><li> Consultancy experience and ideally Client side experience or Client advisory role experience an advantage </li><li> Significant experience in implementing HSE policies, plans and procedures, and overseeing training. </li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write clear and concise documents and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li> Ability to develop and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. </li><li> Proven client-facing capabilities, with experience presenting and communicating with C-level executives. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why you should join Jensen Hughes: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> You will work with market-leading clients </li><li> You’ll have support from the leadership team </li><li> You’ll be given flexibility to work where and when you want </li><li> You will have the backing of a leading international firm </li><li> Career advancement with an established framework is in place clearly defining expectations and outlining opportunities for promotion </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Our Culture & Benefits</strong><p><br></p>People are Jensen Hughes greatest asset, and we offer a competitive package to retain and attract the best talent.
