ENVIRONMENT AND CONTEXT
AXA GO Transformation department is recruiting, developing, and retaining talent in AXA Group Operations, which is currently 2700 employees across 13 countries.
We provide high quality and efficient HR services, drive industrialization, simplification and implementation of the HR processes, and tools, and improve employee鈥檚 experience.
The GOT IS is an international team responsible for global IT tools and systems for HR, Communications and Facilities. GOT IS team is working with projects, digital systems, tools, and processes both in local and global environment.
MISSION and RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will report directly to the GOT IS manager in day-to-day operations.
GOT IS Analyst involved in:
–Governance of the systems and tools in scope of GOT IS team (ServiceNow, Oracle and other solutions)
–User administration and security management
–L2 support for some of the tools (data management and mass uploads, minor incidents management, escalation to L3 teams)
–Business analysis on HR, Communications and Facilities team鈥檚 requests and solutions
–Compliance assessment of systems and tools across GOT Department
–Project management in local and global projects relater to HRIS
–Documentation update and data management
–Leading or supporting on one or several of GOT IS service or process streams (ie On-off boarding)
–Coordination between multiple teams and stakeholders both in day-to-day and project mode
Your Profile
路Min. experience of 1 year as IT consultant or HRIS business analyst
路Experience in the field of HRIS will be appreciated: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation management tools (ServiceNow, Oracle HR solutions experience is a plus)
路Ability to work in a matrix environment and in parallel on multiple topics
路Ability to manage stakeholders on different levels across the company
路Project management skills
路Practical knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
路Fluent in French and English
路Fast learner, good communication skills, pro-activity, team player with ability to work autonomously
路Positive attitude
