Joining the People team means making a direct impact on the success of our organization and the growth of our team – by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, and supporting a culture of innovation and growth.<p><br></p><strong>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Cultural and Operational Influence</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Influence HR initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.</li><li>Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters.</li><li>Engage our international team members by influencing and/or deploying engagement and training initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Model and reinforce our cultural values of ownership, excellence, and ambition.</li><li>Act as the front-line consultant, advisor, and problem solver to people managers and employees, offering consistent and sound advice on People matters and HR policies and processes.</li><li>Work closely with business directors and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.</li><li>Support with the implementation of effective training and development plans for our team members</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Facilitate management decisions and process the administrative side such as internal transfers, promotions, and visas.</li><li>Manage employee documentation, records and reports, including employment contracts and offer letters</li><li>Manage and monitor employee leaves and absences</li><li>Provide support for employee grievances and disciplinary matters</li><li>Support with onboarding new team members</li><li>Work closely with the senior members of the People/HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain HR system and ensure data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Support recruitment and selection processes and conduct interviews for selective roles.</li><li>Support the Head of HR in other HR-related tasks, as required</li></ul>
