Role : HR Specialist “learning & growth”<br><br>Location; ABU Dhabi<br><br>Salary; Can be discussed<br><br>Experience: More than 3 Years of talent development strategy resulting in the knowledge, skills and competency development at a business unit/functional, team and individual level across Bank.<br><ul><li>Executes learning policies and processes including a Mandatory Learning Curriculum.</li><li>Establishes and operates evaluation and follow-up processes in order to measure and document the quality and effectiveness of training content, trainers, methods employed etc. in an objective manner and to undertake actions, wherever needed.</li><li>Implements internal certifications for key roles (including capability definition, assessment, development and accreditation).</li></ul>
