We are looking to hire an HR Manager, for our client, <strong>Fluent in Arabic mandatory</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>Recruitment & Staffing:<p><br></p><ul><li>Manpower Planning</li><li>Ensure sourcing for all positions happens as per defined requirements and guidelines</li><li>Provide support for recruitment and staffing across functions in the Corporate Office<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Talent Management/Development:<p><br></p><ul><li>Devise strategies to develop and retain key talent</li><li>Succession planning</li><li>Establish pathways and programs for talent growth and provide actionable insights<br></li></ul><p><br></p>HR Operations:<p><br></p><ul><li>Manager the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit</li><li>Manage and coordinate payroll processes</li><li>Address employee queries and handle grievances</li><li>Maintain, monitor and review HR databases and systems<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Learning & Development :<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a Learning & Development Calendar to upgrade the current skill levels to meet the gap requirement over staggered time horizon</li><li>Be able to deliver trainings and also build content</li><li>Keep evolving on the L&D strategy and programs to enhance effectiveness to meet measurable desired outcomes<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Performance management and Employee progression:<p><br></p><ul><li>Evolve a robust Performance management system by driving various elements of the appraisal system from the top</li><li>Driving absolute clarity in role KRAs and expectation/targets setting running across every appraisee-appraiser with due discussion, agreement and documentation</li><li>Ensure a fair and timely cycle of performance appraisal review system and calibration backed with robust process of communication to enhance employee confidence in the process at each level.</li><li>Ensure the performance management process is communicated in a timely manner to all employees and that the training on performance management system and process is given to all new joinees<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Compensation and Benefits Expertise:<p><br></p><ul><li>Apply the best practices of developing a good Compensation & Benefits policy and structure which helps in attracting best talent and retaining them.</li><li>Increment cycle end to end</li><li>Formulate Variable Pay and Retention bonus strategies to retain key talent of the organization<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent </li><li>Understand the Labour Laws prevailing in the UAE</li><li>Experience band of 8-10 years in similar role</li><li>Proficient in MS office </li><li>driving license and car</li></ul>
