It has raised $150 million in Series B funding, five times what it raised in its previous priced round last November with world class investors such as BOND and Y Combinator, which is the precursor of the likes of Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Doordash, among others.<p><br></p>We’re not just about serving people – we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.Responsibilities :<p><br></p><ul><li>Managing all HR administrative aspects</li><li>Conducting monthly payroll reviews, statistics and reports</li><li>Providing information to employees </li><li>Managing all employee data in HRIS</li><li>Updating employee records</li><li>Providing support for employee administration and processing issues</li><li>Assisting in the development and management of HR programs</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements<br><br></li></ul> Requirements :<p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices</li><li>Experience with HRIS</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (french ans english)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Strong multitasking skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment<br><br></li></ul>*As a company, we are passionate about diversity and inclusion, 40% of our team are women leaders in the tech sector.
