Job Description

Our client is a leading Global Consultancy Company. They are now looking for a HR Specialist to join them.

 

  Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Post company wise payment transaction details in JD Edwards
  • Match appropriate documents (invoices-Purchase Orders (PO), invoice-check, supporting
  • documents-wires)
  • Monitor the open invoices for payment (by payment due date)
  • Resolve open issues such as missing approvals, POs not matching or not existing, inconsistencies

Salary: AED 7000 – AED 8000

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations in UAE
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability

 Preference:

  • HR Specialist experience will be hired immediately
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven work experience as a HR Specialist/HR Executive
