Our client is a leading Global Consultancy Company. They are now looking for a HR Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Post company wise payment transaction details in JD Edwards
- Match appropriate documents (invoices-Purchase Orders (PO), invoice-check, supporting
- documents-wires)
- Monitor the open invoices for payment (by payment due date)
- Resolve open issues such as missing approvals, POs not matching or not existing, inconsistencies
Salary: AED 7000 – AED 8000
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations in UAE
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
Preference:
- HR Specialist experience will be hired immediately
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience as a HR Specialist/HR Executive
