<p>Our company is seeking an experienced HR professional to establish and lead a new HR outsourcing service line. The HR Outsourcing Service Line Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive suite of HR outsourcing services, including organizational development, performance management, recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
