We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the world’s most iconic premium and luxury brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></p><p>You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our different teams globally. Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operational activities of the HR department (offer letters, personal records, employee and labor relations, employment contract)</li><li>Manage induction, onboarding, and offboarding processes</li><li>Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work related problems</li><li>Handle full payroll cycle inhouse and outsource for APAC and ATLANTIC regions (such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, US, UAE, Russia….)</li><li>Deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information</li><li>Oversee year-end reviews, and ensuring a timely completion of the assessments by the line managers (Mid-year and year-end reviews, probation forms)</li><li>Yearly tax filing for Hong Kong (IR56B/A) and Singapore (IR8A)</li><li>Calculate yearly bonuses, allowances, and issue salary increment letters</li><li>Create monthly reports such as payroll analysis</li><li>Issue HR related documents such as NOC, employment certificates, and salary certificates</li><li>Conduct yearly HR audit</li><li>Develop HR policies and procedures and improve employee life cycle</li><li>In charge of our HR platforms such as the HRMS, Travel Management, HR ticketing system..</li><li>Enroll employees in the company insurance plan, and ensure yearly renewals</li><li>Establish a strong trust relationship with the team and the business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What you will bring along:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>3 years of experience in HR or a similar role is required</li><li>Experience in an international company is preferred</li><li>HR generalist background with knowledge of employment, compensation, training and development</li><li>Familiar with HR ticketing system is a plus</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills</li><li>Detail-oriented</li><li>Good time management skills.</li><li>Results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you have what we are looking for, please make sure to attach your updated Resume with your contact details.
