Job Description

  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
  • Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
