We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, pension schemes, and Emiratization policies.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>HR Administration and Operations: Handle all aspects of HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.</li><li>Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a healthy work environment.</li><li>Payroll Processing: Utilize your expertise in UAE payroll processing to accurately calculate and administer employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with local regulations.</li><li>Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.</li><li>Training and Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.</li><li>Emiratization: Stay updated on Emiratization policies and programs, ensuring compliance and implementing initiatives to promote the employment of UAE nationals.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Exchange House Experience (Advantage): If you have experience working in an exchange house, you will have an advantage in this role. You will be responsible for managing HR operations within the exchange house setting.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, pension schemes, and Emiratization policies.</li><li>Strong experience in payroll processing in the UAE.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br></li></ul>
