Job Description
A reputable company located in Bekaa is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager.Β
Main Duties:
- Follow up on the HR daily operations with the HR team and resolve any pending or raised issues.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR processes, procedures, and policies.
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, sourcing, and managing the hiring process.
- Handle all employees HR related requests.
- Handle the disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure proper implementation of the manpower planning and be aware of any unjustified headcount.
- Reinstate the grading structure, recommend changes, and execute accordingly.
- Conduct a thorough revision of compensation and benefits with a phased improvement plan set in place.
- Lead the development of the performance management system.
- Optimize org charts with a timeline of vacancies, replacements, and redundancies.
- Ensure the development of HR initiative (Code of Conduct/Employee Handbook).
- Identify training needs; plan and execute accordingly.
Prepare all Internal Communications and communicate accordingly. - Organize companyβs events.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources. MBA is a plus.
- Previous proven experience in a similar role (6-10 years).
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, performance management etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Solid communications skills, both written and verbal, required.
