For a well-known real-estate developer in Egypt, NAOS is looking to hire HR Manager.<p><br></p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Manage the recruitment and selection process</li><li> Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance</li><li> Proven work experience as HR manager in a real estate developer ( A MUST )</li><li> In-depth understanding of appropriate duties and compensation for each position.</li><li> Familiarity with labor legislation.</li></ul><p><br></p>Work Location: New Cairo
