We’re currently looking for an experienced <strong>Human Resource Manager </strong>to lead the HR department handling our group of companies.<p><br></p>As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing generalist HR functions from A-Z. You will be the go-to person for both our management and our employees for all questions and concerns related to HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, and Benefits. What you can count on, so far, are the following:<p><br></p><ul><li>Market-competitive salary based on your impact and performance;</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and incentives;</li><li>30 days of annual leave;</li><li>Visa and permits;</li><li>Health insurance;</li><li>2-way flight tickets on an annual basis;</li><li>A newly developed state-of-the-art office in the heart of Dubai;</li><li>An engaged team that works together to deliver without politics.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>These are your day-to-day duties:<ul><li>Lead and take responsibility for the performance of the following functions as subject matter expert:</li><ul><li>Recruitment,</li><li>Onboarding, </li><li>Training &amp; Development, </li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits, </li><li>Performance Management, </li><li>Organizational Development, </li><li>Employee Communication, and </li><li>Project Management;</li></ul><li>Spearhead the recruitment, retention, and offboarding of top-notch talent from A-Z in an effective, timely, and cost-efficient manner;</li><li>Organize and maintain employee files;</li><li>Issue HR-related documents (salary certificates, NOC, experience certificates, etc.);</li><li>Process and issue employee monthly pay slips;</li><li>Ensure employees’ motivations and aspirations are understood and met;</li><li>Drive performance management, identify and address training and development needs;</li><li>Establish an outstanding employer brand across our key market;</li><li>Act as advisor for HR-related matters to the management.</li></ul>
