- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; hiring and onboarding, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

Skills
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
