  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; hiring and onboarding, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Skills

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Good understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
