​Charterhouse is working with an organisation within the Leisure and Entertainment industry, who is looking to hire a HR Manager to develop their Human Resources Function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to take on a Senior Role with an established organisation that is rapidly expanding.
About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing the HR Strategy, implementing new processes, company policies and procedures whilst being the main point of contact for all employees in the Dubai Office.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work in a stand-alone position handling the full employee life-cycle and manage employee relations whilst developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach.
This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including HR administration, recruitment and onboarding. You will also be responsible for the performance reviews and talent management.
About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
You will be a strong decision maker with the ability to manage the HR Department Independently. The company promotes a diverse culture; therefore, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
