As Human Resources (HR) Manager you will oversee the human resource’s function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the organisation’s goals and objectives. You will have two direct reportees who will be in HR Administration positions.

The Key responsibilities of the role will include
HR Strategy and planning- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall business objectives.Partner with senior management to understand workforce needs and contribute to long-term workforce planning.Talent Acquisition and on boarding-Participate thoroughly in the recruitment and selection process for administrative, operational, and technical roles associated with the consignment and retail operation models.Develop effective employee benefit schemes and on boarding programs aimed at attracting top talent.Employee relationsPerformance management-Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanismsTraining and developmentHR Compliance & policies -Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
Minimum of 3-4 years in a HR Manager position
Experience in contributing to HR Strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager in FMCG manufacturing industries, particularly cosmetics, as well as retail operations.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in both sectors.
Experience in talent acquisition, including high-volume recruitment and on boarding.
