<strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>Howmet Aerospace is looking for an HR Generalist for Casablanca Location.<br><br>The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operation of Human Resources at the location, along with the HR Manager. They will support human resource strategies in addition to supporting employees with HR processes, procedures and people systems.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Facilitate all aspects of internal and external recruitment and selection processes. Posts all positions on the applicant tracking system, coordinates interview schedules and candidate travel arrangements, tracks applicant flow, and coordinates administration of various pre-placement screening processes. Completes all new hire documents and data input.</li><li> Coordinate, update and deliver new hire orientation.</li><li> Support and assist local management and the leadership team with handling and resolving human resource issues and questions, including employee relations.</li><li> Create employee a training plans, including planning, budgets, communication, deployment, etc.</li><li> Deploy the annual performance management process for hourly employees.</li><li> Assist in implementation and administration of company HR policies, procedures and programs.</li><li> Maintenance and administration of the employee databases.</li><li> Other duties as assigned.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from an accredited institution</li><li> Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience</li><li> Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.</li></ul>
