- Urgently seeking a ‘HR Generalist’ reporting to Head – Recruitment assisting in recruitment, corporate communications , administrative role in training and development.
- This role will provide research support the C&B department by providing live market data from recruitment for benchmarking and surveys.
- The ‘right fit’ candidate would have a proactive attitude , excited to learn the intricacies of HR specializing in Recruitment.
- This role will provide an amazing hands on learning opportunity for the candidate in different spheres of HR.
Skills
- The right candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience preferably with recruitment as that will be the major function.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a key to the success of this role.
- Candidate must have a customer oriented approach at all times and have an engaging personality.
- Mature attitude towards building and maintaining relations with all stakeholders at all times.
