A leading Logistics Company is looking to recruit an experienced HR Generalist;

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate must have solid knowledge and demonstrated working experience in recruitment, employee affairs/engagement
• support payroll activities like attendance review, processing leaves, deductions
• Indemnity & Final settlement calculations
• Must have solid knowledge & understanding of the Kuwait Labor law. 

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Male Arab candidates
• Minimum 4-5 years experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
