Support the utilization of the Company’s Winning Ways and IHG Commitment to colleagues – True Hospitality at Work.<br><br><strong>Your day to day<br><br></strong><strong>Talent Resourcing<br></strong><ul><li>Independently manage hotel Band 7-10 recruitment</li><li>Manage all new hires’ onboarding by sending on-boarding notice to other departments.</li><li>Supports hotel band 4-6 recruitment, under guidance of HR Manager</li><li>Post Job Requisitions on MyRecruit and other e-resourcing channels</li><li>Coordinate and support various Talent Resourcing Programs as required.</li><li>Manage hotel new hire approval process and make sure well implemented.</li><li>Build relationship with hiring managers to understand current line of business needs and future workforce plans. Supports implementation of recruiting strategies that fit business needs and budget considerations through a deep understanding of return on investment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with hiring managers to establish rapport, provide status updates, and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.<br><br></li></ul><strong>General HR Support<br></strong><ul><li>Support the implementation of HR Initiatives to enhance overall organization effectiveness</li><li>Take specific responsibility for elements of number of key projects as identified in the HR Plan, ensuring project timelines are met</li><li>Complete any ad-hoc project work as required</li><li>Responsible for HRSS related transactions, to coordinate employee benefits.</li><li>Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)</li><li>Support the data collation, analysis and lead the employee Insurance.</li><li>HR support throughout the employee lifecycle from Onboarding to exit.</li><li>The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed.
