We are hiring an HR executive for Oak Foods. Responsibilities include:<p><br></p><ul><li>Creating and structuring compensation and benefits packages.</li><li>Establishing and executing performance review processes, including quarterly/annual evaluations and 360° assessments.</li><li>Formulating equitable HR policies and ensuring employee understanding and compliance.</li><li>Implementing efficient methods for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</li><li>Evaluating training requirements and coordinating learning and development programs for all staff.</li><li>Monitoring the budget of the HR department.</li><li>Serving as the primary contact for labor legislation matters.</li><li>Handling employee grievances and concerns.</li><li>Developing and managing referral bonus programs.</li><li>Assessing current HR technology and recommending improved software solutions, including HRIS and ATS.</li><li>Measuring employee retention and turnover rates.</li><li>Supervising the daily operations of the HR department.</li></ul>
