Position Title: HR Coordinator

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based stand-alone café restaurant, with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
Job Description:
• Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Distribute correspondence on emails/calls to the appropriate person of the team.
• Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Scheduling interviews with potential candidate from partner agencies and internal sources. And communicate with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
• Work directly with the HR manager to arrange onboarding new employees.
