Job Description

<ul><li>Manages complex HR agenda (recruitment, manpower planning, organizational design, developing job descriptions, formulation and review of policies and procedures, contract preparation, etc.) with the line managers in the business unit</li><li>Handles difficult situations in the business unit and trains managers in the employee relations</li><li>Oversees HR administration in the business unit and solves difficult situations</li><li>Implements the HR Strategy in close cooperation with line managers and the HR Business Partner</li><li>Engages in different people management projects in the business unit</li><li>Provides the instant feedback to line managers about their people management practices<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR</li><li>Must have excellent English communication skills. Arabic fluency is an advantage.</li><li>Must be able to juggle HR activities (recruitment, manpower planning, organizational design, developing job descriptions, formulation and review of policies and procedures, contract preparation, etc.) efficiently.</li><li>Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID</li><li>Must be willing to work on a temporary/reliever basis<br></li></ul>
