The Role<p><br></p>A leading railway consultancy is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh. As the HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the management team, driving HR operations and implementing people strategies to support the growth and success of the organization. With a minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience, you will bring expertise in HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring HR practices align with the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters to drive business performance and employee engagement.</li><li> Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process for the railway consultancy, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and select candidates who fit the company culture.</li><li> Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related issues. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns effectively.</li><li> Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management programs, providing training and coaching to managers to conduct fair and constructive performance reviews. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.</li><li> Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and enhancement. Collaborate with leaders to design and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, skill development, and career growth.</li><li> HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li> Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies, supporting their professional growth and contribution to the organization.</li><li> Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct employee surveys, and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.</li><li> HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and practices. Prepare regular HR reports and present insights to senior management.</li><li> HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements, keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and employment practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li> Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with specific expertise in HR operations and strategy.</li><li> Experience working in the railway, transportation, and construction industries is required.</li><li> Fluency in Arabic is required</li><li> Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.</li><li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li> Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li> HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus redfish solutions promote a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
