You will collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to provide strategic HR guidance and support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hiring blue-collar workers and thrive in challenging environments such as hubs and factories.</p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managers, and employees on HR-related matters.</li><br><li>Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.</li><br><li>Provide guidance and support in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation.</li><br><li>Lead recruitment efforts, specifically for blue-collar positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.</li><br><li>Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.</li><br><li>Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.</li><br><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in line with industry standards.</li><br><li>Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.</li><br></ul><br><p>Requirements:</p><br><ul><br><li><strong>Males Only</strong></li><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><br><li>2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.</li><br><li>Experience in hiring blue-collar workers in a manufacturing, hub, or factory environment is a MUST.</li><br><li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.</li><br><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><br><li>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><br><li>Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><br><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><br><li>Proficient in HRIS systems and other relevant HR tools.</li><br><li>Fluency in written and spoken Arabic & English</li><br></ul><br><p>Location: <strong>Our Hub</strong> in Kattameya</p><br><p>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps in the selection process.</p>
