Department HUMAN RESOURCES<p><br></p>Roles and responsibilities<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Assistant Accommodation Supervisor– HR HRHSG –Camp 4 Qusais- EKFC Group Company<p><br></p>Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Accommodation Supervisor<p><br></p><strong>Position within:</strong> Human Resources<p><br></p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Accommodation Supervisor<p><br></p><strong>Location :</strong> Dubai International Airport Terminal 1<p><br></p><strong>Category :</strong> General Vacancies<p><br></p><strong>Department :</strong> HR Accommodation<p><br></p>Key Accountabilities (External)<p><br></p>Ensures that the staff camp accommodation is maintained properly and all complaints or requests are addressed promptly.<p><br></p>Acts as the primary point of contact in case of any emergencies.<p><br></p>Maintains constant contact with the residing staff and escalates any issues to the Accommodation Supervisor.<p><br></p>Together with Accommodation Supervisor ensures the welfare of residing staff and organizes social events as per the Accommodation Managers advice.<p><br></p>Involves in all aspects of inventory, e.g. order new product when necessary, arrange for receipts, unloading and organizing of items.<p><br></p>Orders supplies for the store and keep meticulous records so every product is accounted for and the store remains within budget.<p><br></p>Ensures the notice board at the staff accommodation is updated.
